Template for Recording DL Projects

Attached is a template example we are using in ERLC to help plan for DL projects and ensure they are aligned with the goals of ERLC as well as the grant deliverables. It may also help to provide a "footprint" about where we have been when it comes time to reporting (we can probably do lots of cut-and-pasting instead of trying to remember at the end of the year).
