Kindergarten Days and Times 2009-2010

Morning Kindergarten attend school Monday through Thursday mornings inclusively.

Afternoon Kindergarten students will attend Monday through Thursday afternoons and

most Fridays as follows:

Monday to thursday friday

AM Kindergarten Start 8:55 am N/A

AM Kindergarten End 12:20 pm N/A

PM Kindergarten Start 1:05 pm 8:55 am

PM Kindergarten Dismissal 3:45 pm 1:15 pm

Student Arrival / Departure Times

Supervision of students is provided 10 minutes before entry times in the morning and

afternoon. Students should not arrive at school earlier than 8:45 a.m. in the morning

or 12:55 p.m. in the afternoon (11:40 a.m. Fridays). The staff of the lunch program

would appreciate your cooperation as they are responsible for supervision of lunch

program students until school resumes.

Text Rentals and Supplies: Elementary students are provided with textbooks, photocopied material,

resources, classroom and art supplies as part of the registration fee paid by parents. Supplies cannot

be issued to students until fees are paid.

Clothing and Footwear: Parents should clearly mark their child's clothing, shoes, boots, books, etc.,

with the child's name and homeroom teacher. To assist our custodians in keeping the school clean,

students must have two pairs of shoes, one for outside and one for inside. The inside pair (if soft-soled)

may also be used for physical education classes. If your child must wear special shoes, please discuss this

with the school administration. When purchasing shoes for indoor use, our caretakers would be grateful if

you would choose shoes with white rubber soles or those that do not leave black marks on the floors.
